Jack Wine

Launching a New Winery Brand Into the Market

When we first met the owner of We Know Jack!, they had just bottled their first wine. They had no e-commerce presence, no website, few industry connections, and limited experience in the wine business. Their vision was strong, but they needed the infrastructure and strategy to make that vision real.

Brand foundation & online presence

We helped them choose their brand name, secure the domain, and build a fully functional website with an e-commerce portal. This included setting up product pages, membership options, merchandising, and more. (Their site now features “Shop”, “Membership”, “Tasting Experience”, etc.)

Pricing strategy, including shipping

Developed pricing tiers for their wines (cases, single bottles), set up shipping fee models, and optimized margins. Ensured pricing was competitive but still sustainable for the business.

Payment/Transaction setup

Integrated Stripe (or equivalent payment gateway) so they could safely and reliably process orders online.

Email Marketing Platform Setup

Selected Klaviyo for their email marketing platform; helped them integrate it, build signup forms (for site & membership), craft initial automated flows and newsletters.

Social Media and Digital Presence

Launched and/or improved their social media: Instagram, Facebook, etc. Helped define voice, visuals, posting cadence, content types. Ensured social linked into the website, email list, and e-commerce.

SEO / AEO / GEO

Implemented search engine optimization: keyword research (wine, AVA, region, varietal etc.), on-page optimization, structured data. Applied Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies so they could capture featured snippets or helpful FAQ responses in search. Geographic SEO (GEO) to target people interested in wines from the Rockpile AVA, Sonoma County, etc. All to improve visibility to target customers.

Ongoing Maintenance & Growth Support

After launch, we’ve supported them with updates, security maintenance, content updates (blog/posts), membership or shop enhancements, and ensuring everything continues to perform well.
