Transforming Digital Presence & Reach for a Telemedicine Leader

OffSite Care is a telemedicine company (founded in 2007) delivering high-acuity virtual medical services — ICU solutions, hospitalist and specialist consults (infectious disease, cardiology), long-term acute care (LTACH), and customized tele-programs.

They already had credibility, clinical services, and a mission, but needed their online presence to match: a refreshed, modern website, an active blog to position them as thought-leaders, and stronger visibility locally and regionally (SEO, geo targeting, etc.). Ongoing reliability, security, and performance were also needed.

We delivered a full suite of digital transformation & optimization:

-Improved user experience for hospital decision-makers, clinicians, and partners, which lead to easier access to service info.

-Elevated brand perception and thought leadership via the blog → more trust in their domain.

-Better organic search visibility, especially for service + geographic searches.

-Reduced risk of downtime/security issues thanks to maintenance and hardening.

Website Redesign & Relaunch

-Updated the visual design and information architecture to better communicate OffSite Care’s services (Intensivist, Hospitalist, Infectious Disease, Cardiovascular etc.)
-Improved usability and navigation so that prospective hospital clients, specialists, and partners can find needed service info clearly.
-Responsive, modern interface optimized for performance, speed, and mobile access.

Blog Development & Content Strategy

-Set up a blog/news & publications section, allowing OffSite Care to regularly publish insights, research, news about telemedicine, regulatory developments, etc.
-Built a content calendar and strategy to support thought-leadership, patient education, and service awareness.

SEO / AEO / Geo Targeting

-On-page SEO: optimized title tags, meta descriptions, headings, keyword mapping for their core service verticals (telemedicine, ICU, hospitalist, etc.).
-Geo-SEO: worked to ensure that local/regional searches (hospitals, clinics in areas served) are properly served, presence in local business directories, mapping, etc.
-AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): structured content to target featured snippet opportunities (FAQs, “What is …”, service comparisons) so OffSite Care appears in knowledge panels or answers in search.

Maintenance, Performance & Security

-Ongoing site maintenance: updates, bug fixes, backups.
-Security hardening: ensuring site is secure from vulnerabilities, SSL, plugin/theme upkeep, etc.
-Performance monitoring: page speed, uptime, load-times, ensuring fast, reliable user experience.
